We are based at 20 Wellington Road which is a former Victorian icehouse overlooking Shoreham Harbour in Brighton.
The building has:
- Five studio/office spaces
- Communal area
- Project room and meeting space
- Residency accommodation
- Edit suite
Designed by award winning architects Block, 20 Wellington Road has been developed to act as a meeting point for artists, scientists and industry to collaborate, research and exchange knowledge. The building is designed to be sustainable, employing the highest quality design and materials to deliver value in the long term.
We rent out two studios. Visual artists, graphic designers and coders have all been based in the building.
We do occasional talks, workshops, showings, public tests and seminars.

We frequently mentor emerging artists, games designers and developers whether they are at school, in higher education or are working full time on their practice. Our edit suite is used regularly by associates, residents and local artists.
