What does ‘belonging’ mean to you?

We are Blast Theory.

A group of award winning artists based at a studio on Wellington Road in Portslade.

We make apps, games and interactive art. And this summer, we’re making an app about our local neighbourhood and what it feels like to live here. So, we’re looking for your help!

Come and join us for a series of free workshops, starting this August, to help develop the app. You’ll get to meet new people, share your thoughts and contribute to making our app better.

All accompanied by some free food and drinks.

Each workshop will be about 2 hours, and as a thank you, we’ll give you £20 for each workshop you attend.

Let’s make an app!

Key dates:

  • Deadline to register your interest: 2 pm Tuesday, 29 July 2025
  • First workshop: 5 pm – 7 pm Friday, 22 August 2025
