Blast Theory artist, Nick Tandavanitj, is travelling to Indonesia as part of a British Council visit to meet Indonesian artists and organisations working with digital technology.

Alongside a group form the UK including FACT, MAKLAB, Invisible Flock, Abandon Normal Devices and the V&A, Nick will be presenting the work of Blast Theory in a programme of public presentations and workshops.

Nick will join in a residency hosted by Jatiwangi Art Factory, in West Java, to prototype ideas for potential collaborations while Blast Theory will return the favour later in the year, and invite an Indonesian artists to visit the UK as part of Blast Theory’s residency programme.
