Blast Theory have been commissioned to create a major new interactive work for The Public, West Bromwich, UK. Flypad will be a permanent exhibit using augmented reality for up to twelve players.

The second stage of testing took place in West Bromwich between 23 – 25 January 2006 and comprised both user and technical testing. This included introduction and comprehension, flying and game comprehension, holds and mutations, game length and difficulty, to name but a few. Various members of the public, ranging from 9-10 year old school children, wheelchair users and mixed ages of adults took part.
