News/August 2015

Following its launch on iOS in April, we’re delighted that Karen will be available to download on Android from the Google Play Store on Friday 21st August 2015.

Karen has already been praised in The New York TimesBBC Click, and selected for the Tribeca Film Festival in New York.

Need any more encouragement to take part? Here are some of what the iOS users had to say about Karen:

“Jumped into #karenismylifecoach completely cold + fascinated by it. Unlike any other app I’ve experienced.”

“Loving the confluence of immersive experience, creepy data mining & clever digital storytelling that is @blasttheory‘s #karenismylifecoach.”

“I’m seriously hooked on #KarenIsMyLifeCoach. We need more of these apps: Mini-tv-show, site-specific, wait, I mean phone-specific theatre.”

Android users will still have the opportunity to attend a Secret Rendezvous with Karen, organised with help from friends National Theatre Wales. Please note, there will be limited tickets for this and Android users will be encouraged to download and complete the experience ASAP to receive their invitation.

Don’t forget, you can still download for free on your iPhone now.
