Keynote speakers included: Chris Smith, MP, former minister of DCMS, UK and Mr. Charles Landry, Director of COMEDIA. ‘The Making of a Creative City’ was sponsored by the Department of Cultural Affairs, Taipei City Government in association with British Council Taipei.
