Video still for Watch a film about our game, Hurricane, in action

Hurricane is a game designed by Blast Theory as part of a permanent exhibition at the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Museum, Geneva.

Up to 25 players must work together around a touch-sensitive table in order to save as many people as they can from the impending Hurricane.

It teaches how prevention and preparation can minimise the damage from such a disaster, showing why the work of the Red Cross and Red Crescent is so important.

The game was designed in Flash by Jon Sutton and runs on a single PC with two quad head graphics cards, the illustration is by Pete Gamlen.
