In early September one of our tenants is moving on and so we will have another space available to rent at our building in Portslade. We’re looking particularly for small games, mobile or web design / development companies as these are areas we’re very interested in working in ourselves.

The studio is a light, bright space with large double glass doors facing onto the harbour, measuring 154 square feet (3.1m x 4.6m). The rent is £300 per calendar month and includes all costs apart from your phone and internet connection. Also included in the rent is use of a meeting/project space, a communal kitchen, shower room and two outdoor spaces – a rooftop terrace and a yard.
