Business Director

Anne is responsible for developing Blast Theory’s business, communications and fundraising strategies.

Originally from the Netherlands, Anne has lived in the UK for over 25 years. She gained a BA and MA in English Literature at the University of York and then worked in the commercial sector for over 10 years, overseeing the strategic planning process for a major housing group.

In 2014 Anne changed careers to the corporate sector. She has since worked for a number of organisations across a range of art forms, from theatre and dance to visual art, specialising in fundraising and business management. Before joining Blast Theory as Business Director in 2020, Anne was Deputy Director at Photoworks.
