Kirsty is responsible for developing the organisation’s business, communications and fundraising strategies, which allow the artists to continue to make innovative and engaging work. Kirsty is responsible for the overall management of the team and is acting producer of projects.
After gaining a First Class degree in Film and Television Production from York St John University, Kirsty has developed a real passion for the creative industries and enjoys supporting companies with the development and delivery of their work.
Kirsty has previously worked as an integral part of the operations team for the world renowned documentary festival, Sheffield Doc/Fest . She then joined 104 Films in 2010 and led part of LOGOC’s Film Nation: Shorts scheme, delivering over 100 filmmaking workshops nationwide. She has more recently been based in Berlin, working with one of Europe’s leading professional documentary training initiatives, Documentary Campus.
