De Waag in Amsterdam

Following on from his blog post about artists and money Matt Adams is speaking at De Waag in Amsterdam at Economies of Art and Technology: Politics, Ethics, Power and Propaganda. This event critiques the rhetoric around art and technology, innovation and collaboration. It asks questions such as ‘What are the drivers behind bringing together art and technology?’ and ‘What are the benefits and issues of collaboration?’.

Other speakers include Marleen Stikker from Waag Society and Mitch Altman, founder of Noisebridge Hackspace, Cornfield Electronics and co-founder of the first Makerfaire, San Francisco.
