The building is designed to be sustainable, employing the highest quality design and materials to deliver value in the long term.<\/p>\n<p>We rent out two studios. Our edit suite is used regularly by associates, residents and local artists.<\/p>\n<p>20 Wellington Road provides a hub for development and innovation in the intersection of arts, performance and digital media.
