Paul Dungworth performing in I'd Hide You at sheffield DocFest

Paul Dungworth is an actor and performer. Originally from Sheffield, he acted in The Low Down alongside Aidan Gillen and Martin Freemand, The Principles of Lust directed by Penny Woolcock and Dream starring Sinéad Cusack. Paul first worked with Blast Theory in 2001 on the world premiere of Can You See Me Now?. Featuring in the photos of that project has led him to be the poster boy for Blast Theory, even featuring on the cover of several books such as Les figures de l’immersion by Bernard Guelton and he is resigned to getting mocked for this.

He has been a mainstay of the group’s work performing, production managing and helping to develop projects.  Paul set up The Fleapit in Shoreditch in 2003 and ran the hectic events programme there, before relocating to Brighton.
