Last year I invited our audiences to fill in an audience survey. It’s important that we hear what you think about the way we communicate with you, and we want to learn more about you too, so we can better tailor our communications in the future.

We were blown away by the number of responses, most of which have gone on to directly improve the way we communicate with you. So we want to make it an annual thing! If you did it last year, please feel free to do it again. And if you haven’t yet, welcome to the gang.
