FutureEverything ArtAppi project with Blast Theory

ArtsAPI is a major collaborative R&D project led by FutureEverything, the University of Dundee and Swirrl. The project will develop a new web application for arts organisations designed to show the value and impact generated through their networks. It will aggregate, analyse and present their data, helping the arts sector to create new and refined business models and propositions.

Blast Theory is one of the 6 core arts organisations in this bid that will work with FutureEverything for this research. The other organisations are Contact Theatre, Culture24, Forma, Redeye, and Warwick Arts Centre.

The project will release a series of freely available publications and how-to guides for the arts sector, to make the tools accessible to as many organisations as possible. The project will increase confidence and skills, encouraging more organisations to use data in new and meaningful ways.

Not surprisingly, we jump at the chance to work with FutureEverything again and are thrilled to be joining new partners in this project. Our first meet up is in September, we will keep you informed of our progress.
