Charlotte is an arts fundraising professional with over 12 years’ experience in the performing arts including most recently as Deputy Development Director at the Royal Court Theatre where she was responsible for devising the theatre’s individual giving strategy, increasing the income generated year on year with an emphasis on major giving. With a focus on innovative strategies that build on the creativity of the work being fundraised for, she implemented the first successful Support the Court campaign in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Prior to the Royal Court, Charlotte was Head of Development at Punchdrunk when the company built and developed its R&D village Fallow Cross in Tottenham Hale. She was responsible for individual giving at the Young Vic under David Lan with shows including Ivo Van Hove’s A View From the Bridge and Benedict Andrew’s A Streetcar Named Desire and previously worked in the fundraising teams at the V&A and Southbank Centre.
