Tomo Kihara is a creative developer from Japan who makes playful interventions at the intersection of games, technology and the urban space. He uses code as a medium to untangle complex socio-technical problems in a playful way, and has collaborated with organisations such as the Mozilla Foundation and Waag. He is also the founder of Street Debater — European Commission funded project that enables homeless people to earn money on the street through positive conversations. His projects have been exhibited internationally at the WIRED Creative Hack Award in Tokyo and at the London Design Museum.
