Over the next 6 months, Blast Theory will work with Greater Brighton MET to support their innovative Industry Mentoring programme.

The programme connects university-level students with an industry professional working in a relevant subject area. Ju Row Farr, co-founder of Blast Theory, will mentor two students to develop their knowledge and professional skills.

‘The industry mentoring programme is an amazing opportunity to gain valuable experience and advice on how to convert the skills and passions gained at GB MET into future careers. Being part of this programme has given me the confidence to know that I can pursue and be successful in the career path I have chosen and this is down to the inspiring and encouraging nature of the experienced industry professional I was paired with.
